overdue update

Due to a recent life changing event I've been somewhat negligent of updating this blog and various other things on my to do list as I've acquired a new job... full time Dad, I still attempt to do all the other stuff but there has been a bit of a paradigm shift in priorities, thats not a complaint mind you.... :)
